HISTORY
It was in 1958 that our grandfather Maxime and his wife Madeleine arrived as farmers. Their passion and knowledge created these vineyards. In 1968 they purchased a further 9 hectares of wines.
Their son Yves, sharing their passion, joined his parents and together they improved the vines and
purchased more vineyards to produce wines of quality.
In 1971, Yves installed himself as a young wine maker.
In 1973 Cornillon was given the appellation Cotes du Rhone. Maxime and Yves started to sell their wines delivered directly to their customers throughout France and Europe.
The 1976 vintage was the first to be bottled at the domaine.
Maxime, Yves and his wife Anne Marie steadily developed the size and the quality of their production and the marketing of their wines.
In 2001, after 6 years of studying viticulture and oenology, the grandson Emmanuel, equally passionate, joined the team. He brings with him his knowledge of new techniques to further improve the quality of the wines while respecting the traditional methods which for him are the origin of the qualities of the wines of the domaine.
It's in 2003 that Emanuel officially joins the family business.
