Direct pressing or maceration pre-fermented followed by a low temperature fermentation to maximize the intense aromas of this variety.
TASTING
With intense aromas of pear, apricot, peach and passion fruit, this white wine will seduce you with it's rich, round and balanced flavour.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Serve at 12 - 14 C
Also serves as a excellent aperitif and would additionally go well with Coquilles Saint Jacques.
