VARIETY: 100% CHARDONNAY
VINIFICATION
From a direct pressing or a maceration pre-fermented followed by a fermentation at low temperature to reveal the intense aromas of the chardonnay grapes.
TASTING
With it's powerful aromas of pear, banana, mango and passion fruit, this white wine impresses with it's round and supple flavours.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Serve at 12 - 16 C
A most agreeable aperitif or to enjoy during the course of a meal accompanying seafood.
